We are the first M-former Studio in the Czech Republic. Our first branch was established 5 years ago in Bratislava, and as we are looking forward to great success, we decided to open our next Studio in Prague and introduce you to this amazing machine. Many of you are probably familiar with the Pilates reformer, the M-former differs from it in that it provides a much larger and wider range of exercises. M-former has been on the market for over 15 years, with presence throughout North America and licensed to over 300 studios worldwide. This exercise attracted not only ordinary people but also world celebrities, top models and professional athletes. This intense 'workout' engages different muscle groups at the same time and thus strengthens not only the superficial but also the internal muscles - all that you haven't practiced before. All over the world, the M-former enjoys enormous success and an endless number of satisfied customers. So we welcome him to the Czech Republic as well.

GROUP TRAINING
- Maximum number of 10 people per group workout
- Online reservation of the date and possibility of payment by card directly in the reservation system
- A qualified trainer will guide you throughout the training and help you when you need it
Dynamic and intensive training, which is focused on the whole body and especially the inner core. During training, you burn approximately 600 cal, reduce body weight and shape your figure in such a way that traditional exercise is incomparable compared to this technique. The training is suitable for both beginners and advanced players. The duration of the training is 50 minutes for 2-10 people.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
- Maximum number of 10 people per individual training hour, minimum number is 1 person
- Telephone reservation and individual consultation of the difficulty of the training
- The possibility of choosing a coach and focusing on specific games even more effectively
